Specialty Services · Electrical & Lighting Coordination
So nothing is opened twice.
Lighting design, panel capacity, EV charging, and low-voltage — coordinated before drywall closes.
Electrical regret is universal: the outlet that isn't where the nightstand is, the island with no power, the panel with no room for the EV charger. All of it is cheap to fix on paper and expensive to fix through drywall.
We run lighting and electrical design as a coordination discipline — fixture plans with real fixtures, switching that matches how rooms are used, panel load calculated for what's coming (EVs, pool equipment, that casita) — executed by licensed electricians and verified before the walls close.
What's included
- Lighting plans: layered, dimmable, warm where it matters
- Switching and control layout by actual use
- Panel evaluation and service upgrades
- EV charging circuits and future-load planning
- Low-voltage: data, AV, and security rough-ins
- Walkthrough verification before drywall
How it gets done
-
Plan by room
Every fixture, switch, and outlet placed on paper, with you.
-
Rough & verify
Installed, then walked together against the plan before insulation.
-
Trim & aim
Fixtures set, dimmers tuned, lights aimed at art rather than floors.
Questions, answered
Do I need a panel upgrade?
If you're adding an EV, a casita, or serious kitchen equipment — possibly. We calculate the real load in design so the upgrade happens once, or not at all.
