This website is operated by D.B.R. Construction Services LLC ("D.B.R."), an Arizona licensed general contractor (ROC #366642). Using the site means you accept these terms.

Informational only

Content here describes our services generally. It is not an offer, a bid, an estimate, or professional advice for your specific property. Every project is different; nothing binds either of us until a written agreement is signed.

Consultations

Submitting the consultation form starts a conversation, not a contract. Scope, pricing, and schedule for any project are established only in a signed written agreement.

Intellectual property

The D.B.R. name, seal, photography, and site content belong to D.B.R. or their respective owners. Don't reuse them without written permission.

No warranties for the site

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee either. Project warranties are stated in project agreements — those are real and in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, D.B.R. is not liable for damages arising from use of this website. This does not limit rights you have under a signed project agreement or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
