Luxury Residential · Custom Homes

A home designed once, correctly, and built exactly to the drawings.

One accountable team from lot evaluation through final walkthrough — architecture, engineering, and construction under a single standard.

A custom home is a thousand decisions. The difference between a home you love and a project you survived is whether those decisions were made deliberately, early, and by a team that answers for all of them.

We run the entire arc: lot and feasibility evaluation, architectural design, engineering, permitting, construction, and handover. Because design and construction live under one roof, the plan you approve is the home you receive — priced honestly before ground breaks, built without the architect-versus-builder finger-pointing that derails custom projects.

What's included

  • Lot evaluation and feasibility before you commit
  • Architectural design and engineering coordination
  • Fixed pricing built from finished plans and real selections
  • Permitting and inspections managed end to end
  • Selections curated and finalized before construction
  • Weekly owner updates and a single point of contact
  • Closeout package: documentation of everything behind your walls

How it gets done

  1. Feasibility

The lot, the zoning, the budget envelope, and what's actually buildable — understood before design begins.

  2. Design & selections

Plans developed with you, priced as they develop. Every finish selected before we pour concrete.

  3. Construction

Disciplined phases, kept schedules, clean sites, weekly updates.

  4. Handover

A complete walkthrough, a one-page punch list finished fast, and full documentation.

Questions, answered

How long does a custom home take?

Design and permitting typically run four to eight months; construction ten to sixteen depending on size and complexity. We give you a real schedule at proposal, not a hopeful one.

Can you work with an architect we've already hired?

Yes. We'll coordinate directly with your architect — though projects that start with our integrated design process tend to hit budget the first time.

What does a custom home cost in the Valley?

Honest answer: it depends on lot, size, and finish level, and anyone quoting a number before design is guessing. Our feasibility stage gives you a real envelope before you spend on full design.
