Does converting a garage hurt resale?

It can if it's done cheaply or removes required parking. We review your lot's parking requirements first and build conversions that read as designed space, not covered-over garage.

Can you make a garage livable in the summer?

Yes — that's insulation and correctly sized HVAC, not a portable unit fighting physics. It's the core of the scope.
